Project Specification
Inspired by the transformative power of tourism, as highlighted in Deyan Sudjic's 100 Mile City, this project explores tourism as a catalyst for social and economic development. Tourism, the third largest global industry, not only generates employment but also attracts foreign investment, enhances infrastructure, promotes local culture, and fosters intercultural exchange.
Focusing on Isfahan, I began by analyzing the characteristics, needs, and challenges faced by cultural tourists visiting the city. Through this analysis, I identified key opportunities to enhance their travel experience. I also studied successful service systems in the global tourism industry, drawing insights to create innovative solutions tailored to Isfahan's unique cultural and urban strengths.
The outcome of this project was a comprehensive service system model and business plan designed to offer tourists an enriched and enjoyable experience. The design includes practical solutions, validated for feasibility, and highlights user touchpoints with the service to create a cohesive brand identity.

Art Personality
An art personality refers to an individual's unique combination of traits, preferences, and tendencies that influence their creative expression and engagement with art. It encompasses aspects like aesthetic preferences, emotional depth, and the methods or mediums they resonate with most, whether painting, sculpture, digital art, or performance. An art personality is shaped by personal experiences, cultural influences, and innate creativity, guiding how someone interprets, creates, or appreciates art. Recognizing and understanding one's art personality can deepen self-awareness, enhance artistic growth, and foster connections with others through shared or contrasting artistic perspectives.
Landing Page

The Landing Page serves as the first and most crucial touchpoint between users and our service system. Designed with a user-centered approach, the interface ensures a seamless and intuitive experience, encouraging users to connect with the service and engage with other community members.
By focusing on simplicity and accessibility, the landing page provides clear navigation and highlights key features, making it easy for users to explore the platform and start their journey with confidence. This thoughtful design strengthens the connection between users and the service, laying the foundation for an engaging and memorable experience.
Art Events
The local and neighborhood art events section brings travelers closer to the heart of the community, showcasing the vibrant artistic culture of the destination. From gallery openings and street art tours to live performances and craft markets, this section highlights a curated list of events that reflect the unique creative spirit of each neighborhood.
Users can explore event details, dates, and locations, with options to filter by their interests or travel dates. Featuring insider tips, artist profiles, and interactive maps, this section encourages visitors to immerse themselves in authentic cultural experiences, fostering a deeper appreciation of local talent and creativity.

Personalize Journey
A personalized journey in a cultural tourism website enhances user engagement by tailoring the experience to individual preferences and interests. Visitors can input their interests, such as history, art, cuisine, or festivals, and the website curates recommendations for destinations, events, and activities that align with their tastes. Features like interactive maps, customized itineraries, and user profiles ensure a seamless and unique experience.
By leveraging data such as user location, browsing behavior, or past bookings, the website can suggest relevant cultural tours, local guides, and authentic experiences. This personalization not only makes planning easier but also deepens the connection to cultural heritage, creating meaningful and memorable travel experiences.

Persona
In this project, we developed a Persona to better understand and empathize with our target audience. Based on statistical analysis, the Persona represents an individual aged 28–35, typically a single employee who often travels alone. They are either an artist or someone with a strong interest in art and cultural experiences.
This Persona frequently uses social networks to choose their destinations and hosts, highlighting the importance of digital platforms in their decision-making process. By aligning our design solutions with this profile, we ensured that the service system addressed their preferences, needs, and behaviors, creating a more personalized and engaging user experience.

In this project, the Service System Model serves as the foundation for facilitating communication and collaboration among key stakeholders. It enables seamless interaction between artists, event organizers, and exhibition planners to create a cohesive platform for showcasing artworks and hosting workshops.
The model ensures that artists have the opportunity to present their creations effectively, while event organizers benefit from streamlined coordination. By fostering parallel collaboration, the system promotes vibrant cultural exchanges and elevates the overall experience for both creators and audiences. This approach not only supports the art community but also enhances the accessibility and impact of artistic events.
